M.A.D. (Make A Difference) is a program that Donny Osmond founded in 2010 as a way to encourage his fans to make a difference in their community. Fans are asked to submit an idea on how they would like to Make A Difference.

 

 

At an annual fan Get Together (this year the get together was on a cruise ship with Donny & Marie, their families, and 1500 of their fans!) 15 people are chosen to stand and speak briefly on how they would make a difference, and by audience applause, the 15 are narrowed down to the final 10. I am thrilled and honored to be chosen as one of Donny’s MAD participants for 2012/2013, and so very thankful to Donny for allowing me this amazing opportunity to dedicate myself to a cause that I am very passionate about. Sometimes we just need a little “kick” to get us started - and this was mine.
